Experience the most ambitious, commanding water feature ever conceived! Bellagio’s world-famous fountains will speak to your heart with opera, classical and whimsical music while flirting with your playful nature through their carefully choreographed movements. You’ll be swept away by this breathtaking union of water, music and light.
The magnificent Bellagio fountains are still the most popular and most breathtaking attraction in Las Vegas. With choreographed shows every half hour in the afternoon and every 15 minutes at night, the fountains seem to draw even bigger crowds today than they did when the place opened more than a decade ago.
The fountains are filled with water pumped from an on-site well dug to irrigate the old Dunes golf course, and the water is pumped through some 1,200 nozzles. The show also incorporates over 4,000 lights.
Inside, the hotel is every bit as spectacular as it is on the outside, with ornate tile-mosaic floors in the lobby and parts of the casino area, an amazing atrium area, high-end shops, and a simply enormous and beautiful pool area, the Bellagio seems to go on and on forever. In fact, you could explore the place for days and still not see everything.
The meeting rooms and wedding chapels are equally as beautiful as the rest of the property, with long, elegantly decorated corridors leading to the huge banquet rooms and more intimate chapels.
This mammoth luxurious hotel is also home to the Cirque production “O” (short for eau, the French word for “water”), which, like the Bellagio resort itself, is water themed. It’s described as part opera, part circus, and part aquatics show, and it is performed over and in a mammoth 1.5 million gallon tank of water.
